Generally the term fellowship is defined as a group of people or an organization with the same purpose.
This article is an attempt to enable aspiring people to be a part of such fellowship programs which not only helps in developing our society but also enable and equips future change agents to interact with likeminded people. The experience at fellowship is completely dependent on the quality of individual who are part of the fellowship as most of the essential learning comes primarily from peer learning. However, the motive for joining a fellowship might vary from person to person but primarily it depends upon the innate core value of an individual. For example, if a fellow who is interested in working in education sector in rural area, they might go for Gandhi Fellowship or Teach for India Fellowship while if someone is confused about what particular sector he/she wants to enter, they might opt for Young India Fellowship to decide upon a particular sector as it introduces you to plethora of fields.
