Youth volunteers of Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari ( Delhi Branch) went to Kurukshetra, Haryana on a two-day educational trip. The trip took place on the 1st and 2nd of October,2023. Kurukshetra, the land of Shrimad Bhagwat Gita and Mahabharata is among the most sacred places for Hindus in the whole country.
The volunteers visited the historic Bharamsarovar, Shri Krishna Museum, Haryana Dharohar, and Thanesar, where Lord Sri Krishna recited the Shrimad Bhagwat Gita to Arjun. Shri Nikhil Yadav, Prant Yuva Pramukh, Vivekananda Kendra, Uttar Prant said that Haryana, the land of Shrimad Bhagwat Gita, has a glorious past and several Ancient Indian sites are associated with the land.
