18th July 2020: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the results of Class X on 13th July and Class XII on 15th July respectively. It’s now time to collect original Marksheet, Pass Certificate. Parents and students are now eagerly waiting to get original Marksheet, Pass Certificate essential for stream selection and university admissions. Here these are the simple ways to obtain original Marksheet, Pass Certificate and other important documents:
- From School:
The board generally sends the hard copies and soft copies of original Marksheets, Pass Certificates within 15 days of the declaration of results. The hard copies can be obtained from the respective schools. - Through DigiLocker:
DigiLocker is an online platform by Government of India. CBSE also releases the soft copy of Marksheet and Pass Certificate through DigiLocker. Students who have registered their mobile numbers with CBSE have default accounts in DigiLocker and can login with their mobile number. The students receive their username and other details of DigiLocker through SMS on their registered mobile number. Students those who haven’t registered their mobile number with the board can also sign up at DigiLocker to receive their soft copies.
Whereas students of class X and XII can also apply for re-evaluation and photocopies of their answer sheets at the CBSE website cbse.nic.in, provided they need to abide by the board deadlines.
